Going from Anal insertion to any other orifice is a hard no. Contamination by fecal bacteria is not fun. Vaginal contamination has a host of problems. Oral contamination can make you sick enough to wish you were dead.
Are there risks in ass to mouth? Yes, but frankly, they are negligible. My wife and I have eaten ass for years and years, and never gotten sick once.

I hate to break it to you, but the inside of your bathroom is covered in fecal residue because toilets essentially spray everything with microscopic poop particles when flushed. Your friend probably has awareness of the risks involved in Ass to Mouth or Ass to Vag. He chose to engage in these activities and moderate his risk by doing the high colonic.

As well as clean up if you been in the booty? Any time I do it I go clean up, like wash with soap and at minimum use some mouth wash.

I had a friend who was a former porn star. She said they do so many takes and cut it together to make it look like everything is flowing along.
