I am a 30 year old eccentric male who has occasional intercourse and masturbates more regularly. Currently, I can last a while while masturbating through start/stop etc. It’s really down to my patience and schedule. I usually only last a few minutes during intercourse. I swing pretty wildly between fantasies of premature ejaculation and being able to last all night. I’d love to be able to accommodate both. I want to take off my pants with limited stimulation and I want to last till my partner is completely satisfied. What kind of exercises, habits, and techniques would you suggest to start this journey?

  1. Kegels…Kegels all day long! If you want better control of your orgasms you need to start doing Kegels as much as is comfortable for you.

    I don’t know about min-stim orgasms, but the Kegels will give you more control and the ability to have orgasms without ejaculating.

    I like to think of the whole thing like a muscle group you exercise daily to keep at peak performance.
